Arbitration Process
- • For Claims $75,000 or Less: We will cover the costs of arbitration, including filing and arbitrator fees.
- • Location: You can choose to start arbitration in your home county or in California. For claims under $10,000, hearings may be held over the phone unless the arbitrator requires an in-person hearing.
- • Court Option: If arbitration is not selected or required, disputes will be handled by courts in California, without jury trials.
This section ensures that all disputes are handled through arbitration and that class actions and court trials are waived.
Intellectual Property
